Abstract
Cutaneous drug reactions are frequent and a common reason for stopping therapy. Although frequently mild, on occasions they can be severe and even life-threatening — for example, toxic epidermal necrolysis. They may mimic a wide range of dermatoses from which they must be distinguished. The major types of reaction are summarized in Table 10.1
