Abstract

For a non-relativistic system of particles interacting through ‘regular’ forces v, a series expansion has been derived for the reduced response1

$$ \varphi (q,{\mkern 1mu} y) \equiv (q/m)S(q,\omega ) = \sum\limits_{n = 0}^\infty {{{(m/q)}^n}} F_n^{(i)}({y_i},\left[ v \right])$$
