Abstract

This panel focused its attention on the future prospects of research at high pressure for mainly molecular systems. Each panelist was asked to provide a working definition for the concept of “high pressure” as might possible be guided by their own particular interests and to present statements on what they considered to be the key experimental and theoretical issues to be faced in the immediate and perhaps more distant future.
