Abstract
The oxymoron “Therapeutic Vaccines” requires an explanation. The term has usage in the area of vaccines protective against cancer or autoimmune diseases; but what does it mean? Such an understanding may be derived from an elucidation of the definitions of the individual components of the expression followed by juxtaposing those expository terms to determine the sense of the oxymoronic expression.
