Abstract
Psychologists and educators are called upon frequently to make decisions about individuals or groups of individuals. Those decisions require information, specifically a description about certain attributes of the individuals). The more relevant and accurate the information—that is, the better the description—the more likely one is to arrive at sound decisions.
