Abstract
Alan, a 40-year-old business executive, collapses at his desk: a severe heart attack. Six months later, including two weeks in intensive care and three weeks in the hospital, he is frightened about his health and worries if he will ever be able to return to the pressures of his job, a job that defined his life.
