Abstract
The health of the nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical industry relies on the ability to continue producing answers to the most pressing medical problems and to produce a continuous supply of the needed materials. Thus there is the need not only for research at the leading edge of medicine but for steady production for a number of years after the initial introduction of a product, especially, so the use of the material may be disseminated from the academic centers to the community hospitals.
