Empirical Questionnaire Survey of the Situation of Hemodialysis Patients and Their Partners in Various Dialysis Settings

  • Chapter
Psychonephrology 1

Abstract

Systematic studies of the psychological problems surrounding the partners of hemodialysis patients are uncommon, especially surveys with fairly large samples making use of objective methods. We have therefore tried, with the help of a series of standardized tests and a special dialysis questionnaire, to survey both the patients and their partners.
