Abstract

In Figure 6.1 of M + Wa VECE is positioned at radius b from the centre of the perfectly conducting earth of radius a, and a point of observation P is chosen with spherical coordinates (r, Θ, ϕ). The heights of the transmitter and receiver above the surface of the earth are h 1 and h 2, respectively, where h 1 = (ba) and h 2 = (ra).
