Abstract

Pie charts don’t need an introduction. Everybody already knows them. They are very, very popular. You see them often, even in the media. They are easy to understand. “Who has the biggest share of the pie?” More broadly, how do the shares of a total compare? Those are questions that a pie chart easily and vividly answers.
