Working with Multiple Data Sources

Abstract

So far, the dashboards and panels we’ve looked at have contained data from a single source. But there’s rarely a single source of truth in any environment of any real size or complexity. In the real world, you’ll always need to be able to correlate and visualize data from multiple sources. In this chapter we’ll look at the wealth of tools Grafana provides for visualizing data from multiple sources in the same place, both within a single dashboard and combining different sources of data in a single graph.
