Heidi DuBois is the head of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) at AEA Investors LP (AEA). Founded in 1968 by the Rockefeller, Mellon, and Harriman family interests and S.G. Warburg & Co., AEA is a global private investment firm with over $14 billion in assets under management and an integrated investment platform that supports leading middle-market companies with private equity , growth capital, and private debt solutions.
