Abstract
Elsa Palanza is managing director and global head of sustainability and ESG [environmental, social, governance] for Barclays. Barclays is a global bank with 83,000 employees and more than £1.3 trillion in assets as of 2020. Elsa joined Barclays in 2018 with over 20 years of experience as a strategic advisor for corporations, foundations, and non-profits.
