Abstract
A BBC TV quiz show airing between 2000 and 2012 called The Weakest Link, originally hosted by Anne Robinson, where contestants, taking turns, tried to create chains of correct answers in a row to increase the amount of money they would earn. One incorrect answer would break the chain, and the contestants would lose all the money in that chain. Cybersecurity is just like that. The strength of a cybersecurity posture is limited to the weakest link in the chain. Technology and processes are enablers to increase the overall strength of the organization’s security. However, eventually, people are creating, developing, and using these. People present the greatest cybersecurity risk. One mistake or wrongdoing can break the chain, and then bad things happen.
