Abstract

In Chapter 2, you learned how to create Routines and how to configure skills from Blueprints. Now we are going to begin setting up your development environment so that you can start building Alexa skills. In this chapter, we will create the accounts you need throughout this book. This includes, an Amazon account, an Alexa developer account, an AWS account, an IAM account, a GitHub account, and a Jira account.
