Abstract
The primary focus of this book is on Exchange 2019, but it contains a lot of content about Exchange 2016 and even Exchange 2013. In the beginning of 2021, a lot of customers are still running on Exchange 2010, and when not moving to Office 365, they are moving to Exchange 2016. Hard-coded limitations in the Exchange setup application prevent an upgrade from Exchange 2010 directly to Exchange 2019. The reason for this is that Microsoft only supports n-2 versions. So, Exchange 2019 is only supported in combination with Exchange 2016 or Exchange 2013 in one environment. Exchange 2016 is supported with Exchange 2013 or Exchange 2010 in one environment.
