Abstract
We have now defined the basic building blocks. The next step is to define how these building blocks move through the system, carrying data and transitioning states. We will revisit a couple of principles which inform how this happens:

It is possible to specify a parent as well, but it is easier to just think of children. If any given User Story has a parent, it will get linked as a child when the parent is groomed.
