Abstract
There are plenty of books on Linux topics, and some of these books focus on only one Linux distribution while being hundreds of pages long. Continuing from the previous chapter, we will be covering the most fundamental Linux subjects in this chapter so that you can get through this book. If you are a newcomer to Linux and want to understand more about the Linux operating system (OS), it is a good idea to use a dedicated Linux book. You will learn to locate Linux system information, use Linux network commands, and then install TFTP, FTP, SFTP, and NTP services on your CentOS 8.1 server.
