Abstract
In the previous chapter, we reviewed a few concepts and frameworks, including customer segmentation, executive scorecard, and framework for business development owners. We also covered Net Promoter Score (NPS), dashboard design, how to architect top line revenue growth in Salesforce, and in-depth CRM design questionnaires. In this chapter, we will review and study the data aspect of Salesforce that includes data export, mass delete, native integration, duplicate management, and the state and country picklist enablement process. We will briefly discuss D&B Hoovers and Informatica Cloud from a Salesforce perspective.
