Abstract
A performance monitoring exercise defines a comprehensive set of monitoring processes, methods, and tools for enterprise applications. Continuous and real-time performance monitoring helps organizations proactively monitor server health, performance issues, and availability issues enabling organizations to adhere to performance and availability SLAs. A robust performance monitoring setup involves defining the monitoring infrastructure, monitoring metrics, and monitoring processes.
