Abstract

Let’s export the mesh from Autodesk 3ds Max and import it into Unreal Engine. First, open the 3ds Max scene with the mesh ready to export. Select Export from the File menu, and choose a location and name to save the FBX file. The FBX export options pop up to set the following settings because you are exporting a Static Mesh.
