Abstract

The first part of the book is about neural networks, a computational metaphor about how the brain operates. This chapter, the first of the second part of the book, focuses on evolution. In particular, it will cover genetic algorithms, a computational metaphor for how genetic information is recombined and passed through generations. This algorithm focuses on the pillars of how evolution naturally happens.
