Abstract

If it hasn’t been clear in my writing up to this point, let me clearly acknowledge that there is immense value in traditional “customization” (i.e., code) on the Salesforce platform. While many of us reference the “clicks, not code” saying, that phrase doesn’t actually capture the greatest value of the platform. It’s not just the replacement of code with clicks that we should pay attention to; it’s the application of declarative, clicks-based development on top of customization where the sky is truly the limit.
