Navigating Hybrid Scrum Environments

Abstract

One of the most important artifacts in the Scrum Framework is the Product Backlog. Like the other artifacts, its purpose is to make something transparent and clear. It is managed and maintained by the Product Owner, and its purpose is to make clear the plan for developing a product and the sequence in which the product’s features and functions are to be created.
