Abstract

The Scrum Framework was developed as a reaction to some frustrating limitations found in the “traditional” way software development work is organized. The traditional framework is codified in the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK and is commonly known as the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or waterfall.
