Abstract
So far, I've talked mostly about defining the future solution you are trying to build. A clear understanding is important to achieve your goals. However, what is just as important is having a team that will help you achieve these goals. After all, the largest investment your sponsors are making will likely be your team. In agile projects, teams often run leaner than traditional project teams. This increases the importance for you to select team members who have the right business and technical skill set and are able to work well together. As in a chain link, any one member of your team can cause the entire project to fail. In this chapter, I'll discuss what you need to consider when assembling your team.
