Abstract
If you have been reading this book from the beginning, then by now you should be familiar with the Office 365 family of services and have a high-level understanding of what agile project management is all about. In this final chapter of Part 1 of the book, I will lay out the process I have been using successfully for delivering Office 365 projects. This process can be used for other types of projects but as evidence and experience shows, it may need to be altered based on the technology, organization, and other factors.
