Abstract
By now, you should have a general understanding of what Office 365 is and the many apps that make up this ecosystem. You should also realize at this point that leading projects in Office 365 requires a good understanding of agile techniques due to the rapid evolving nature of the platform. This chapter is dedicated to give you the necessary background on what agile project management is, how it differs from the traditional waterfall methods, and important points you need to consider. The next chapter will finish off the first part of the book by providing you with a framework that should work for any Office 365 project you will be leading.
