Abstract

Communication is one of the most important activities a project lead performs. This is particularly true in agile project management where there is a heavy reliance on verbal and informal communication in lieu of structured documents. As discussed in Chapter 2, agile projects thrive in an environment where team members interact face-to-face on a regular basis. However, today's project teams are becoming increasingly disparate. So how can you still effectively communicate at a level that will make your agile projects successful?
