Abstract
Often, having a dedicated team to implement automation within an enterprise is thought of as a luxury rather than a necessity. In my company, Aditya, our VP of internal IT infrastructure and technology office, had recognized the need for change. He knew that the time had come for this luxury to be made a necessity and he wanted us to focus on transforming IT functions. The immediate strategy to get things going was by aggressively automating our way out of the current state.
