What Big Data Doesn’t Tell Us
In this book, I shared both theory and its application in practice. While these case studies have a lot in common, the outcome is predefined. Theoretical knowledge is important and provides the foundation; however, actual success depends on an open mind, respect, and a customer-driven culture. I hope that best practices described in this book provide practical steps for you to follow, while red flags experienced by its characters will provide examples of a “bad smell,” signs of caution that should keep you as a transformation stakeholder up at night and indicate that there is some work for you to do in order to make this transformation a complete success that will be sustained in the organization whether you are there in person or not.
