Abstract

Bots are all about “Conversation as a platform.” Bots help build relationships with their users. They do not perform monologues or just describe details iteratively. Just like the way you converse with different people in daily life, bots have meaningful conversations with their users. And just like the way you have different conversation with different people, bots also have different contexts and intents while having different conversations with their users.
