Abstract

Prior to, or perhaps the first part of, performing UX architecture and design is a planning step. Who is the customer? What can or should we provide (based on both user needs and speed of release)? What would we like this to do? What does the customer expect? Are the answers to these questions in compliance with our mission/charter?
