Abstract
Bob Tarne, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, is an engagement manager for the IBM Systems Group, where he specializes in leading business process improvement initiatives following lean/agile project management techniques. Prior to joining IBM, he was a managing consultant at PM Solutions, where he was responsible for improving clients’ project management practices. He has also worked as a project manager for Sprint and Owens-Illinois.
