Abstract
SharePoint is the Microsoft’s recommended platform to publish Business Intelligence reports On-Premises. SharePoint allows us to publish PowerPivot and Power View reports, and this give users a very powerful platform to mold and slice their data as they need. Businesses can also install SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in Integrated Mode with SharePoint to provide static reports that users can easily view. SharePoint Server 2016 brings some major changes to the Business Intelligence architecture as Excel Services is no longer included in SharePoint. The capabilities of Excel Services have been replaced by Excel Online in Office Online Server.
