There is a growing list of resources available for those who are interested in Backdrop. This appendix contains the primary places to begin your search for more information.

  • Issue Queue, GitHub: The primary means of communication is the Backdrop Issue queue at http://github.com/backdrop/backdrop-issues/issues . This is where all the discussion happens around adding new features or fixing bugs.

  • API documentation and change records: You can find all the Backdrop APIs at http://api.backdropcms.org . The API web site contains the list of public functions, hooks, and subsystem documentation. It also contains all the changes documenting differences between Drupal 7 and Backdrop.

  • Weekly meetings, Google Hangouts: Backdrop holds weekly meetings on Thursdays at 1 p.m. Pacific time. These are open meetings that anyone can join; visit Google Plus at http://plus.google.com/+BackdropcmsOrg to join in.
