In Chapter 2, we explored two questions: What is design and why do we need it? In this chapter some additional questions about design are asked. Section 3.1 discusses two questions: When should we engage in design and what is the product of design? The main question of how we design social systems is addressed in Sections 3.2 to 3.5. Section 3.6 focuses on how we can present the product, the outcome of what we designed. One more question remains: How do we bring the design to life? This question is answered in Section 3.7.
