Simultaneous Monitoring System of Neutron Fluence Rate Distribution by Detectors with Multiple Sensitive Heads

Simultaneous monitoring system of neutron fluence rate distribution is proposed.

The system consists of multiple silicon diodes covered by 6Li, or 235U connected to a single coaxial cable. The polarity of the diodes connection is also changed to create negative and positive pulses that can be distinguished by the broad band amplifier system. The detector seems to be useful for detecting neutron fluence rate at each point where each diode is attached.
