Workforce Analysis and Turnover Forecasting: Building Capacity in New York State Government
Economic, demographic, educational and technological trends are dramatically reshaping the labor force available to both the public and private sectors. As a result, New York State government, one of the nation’s largest employers, is facing the reality that there will no longer be the steady supply of skilled workers they have come to expect.
