Abstract

The field of in vivo NMR, made possible by the development of FT NMR techniques and large-bore stable superconducting magnets, has grown steadily in the last two decades. The increasing number of papers in this field has spawned several journals dedicated exclusively to the topic. New techniques and improved instrumentation allow an ever-increasing variety of NMR experiments which address significant in vivo questions.
