Integrated Luminescent-Concentrator Photodetector

Abstract

This work focuses on the development of a photosensitive device that utilizes the lurninescentconcentrator (LC) approach to collect light energy. The paper presents a brief overview of the theory behind L(s, discusses cornputer simmulation of an L( elemmment, describes the design of a simple integrated L( photodetector (ILCF) on a Silicon substrate and presents the results of experirnPntation using this design.
