Wargaming: Applications of Human Performance Models to System Design and Military Training
There is increasing recognition of a need — a need that can be met with the help of the community represented by the participants at this workshop. The need is for valid, databased, computer-aided, adaptive, human-performance models that can be inserted into wargaming simulations. The need is to increase the validity and utility of such simulations, especially if the current and future technological capabilities are to be exploited to provide realistic battle-management aiding and training for military leaders, their staffs, and those they command.
