Psycho-Cultural Factors in Communication
Americans accept cultural diversity in principle. They are also fully committed to the ideals of democratic pluralism. Practically, however, living these principles is hampered by the lack of information necessary to recognize the views and values of other cultures. Differing views and values are what result in different approaches to human problems, in a different common sense.
