In the following table, the label corresponds to the numbering in Figure 13.1. The column headed “Ram” gives the ramification set of the invariant quaternion algebra; “Arith” indicates if the tetrahedral group is arithmetic; “Tet Vol” and “Min Vol” give approximations to the volume of the tetrahedron and the minimum covolume of a Kleinian group in the commensurability class of the tetrahedral group, respectively. (For the tables in this section and the next, see §4.7 and §10.4).
