Reverse Micelles and Aqueous Microphases

  • Chapter
Reverse Micelles

Part of the book series: Forschung Soziologie

Abstract

The structure and physical properties of reverse micelles formed by alkali (and ammonium) bis-(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinates are reviewed. The transition to aqueous microphases and phenomena related to the possible critical state of water-in-oil microemulsions are also discussed.
