Abstract

It is a combination of many factors and conditions that determines how good the cup of green tea you drink is. First of all the water used, the temperature it is at when poured onto the tea leaves, the length of time the tea is left to brew; even the way the tea is poured; all these factors may affect the taste and aroma of tea.
