Integrating the Change Process: Organizational and Information Systems
It is a wonder that organizations can enable change. This is especially true when you consider the multiple people, each with his/her dynamic needs, the multiple disciplines and their various areas of focus and types of needs, coupled with the potential breadth of information system possibilities. All of these must be considered prior to and during an integrated change process. While there is no one way to integrate organizational redesign and information systems, the following is an overview of a process offered as a guide.
