Critical Design (Redesign) Issues
As healthcare leaders plan new strategies and directions, many will be faced with very complex and disconnected pictures of their organizations including hard functional boundaries and multiple levels of management. They will have a difficult time in moving forward in the right direction quickly. For success they will need to define a complete redesign process for the organization and its people to enable the changes needed for the future.
