Abstract
Nothing is more important to the success of an organization than leadership. No matter how large or strong an organization is, no matter how much money and equipment, or how many people it commands, the one and only factor that can bring together and best employ those resources is leadership. In any field, the right person at the right time makes the difference between success and failure. Leadership is especially important in information management because the field tends to be perceived as technical and cold.
