Abstract

Our goal is to provide the family physician with an overview of electrocardiography, including the physiologic basis of normal and abnormal electrocardiograms, important abnormalities, and approaches to common clinical problems. This chapter should serve as a guide to interpreting and utilizing electrocardiograms in the everyday practice of family medicine.
